Noam Elkies found 1 e3 a5 2 Qh5 Ra6 3 Q:a5 h5 4 h4 aRh6 5 Q:c7 f6 6 Q:d7+ Kf7 7 Q:b7 Bf5 8 Q:b8 Bh7 9 Qb3+ Kg6 10 Qe6 Q:d2+, which is dead. This is based upon an known 9.5 move stalemate. |
